The Dreadnaught secondary hull was developed for heavy combat situations. It features a rear mounted deflector dish to strengthen the ship's deflector field and moves the shuttlebay to the front of the hull with the front deflector dish, as well as two smaller sensor dishes, relocated below the shuttlebay doors. Hull designs vary by length but are otherwise identical.

Each hull requires one shuttlebay door and two deflector dish assembliles from PL/R2 TOS Enterprise kits.

The Lepanto class is the most compact hull size.
