Due to the sheer size of the Excelsior class, Starfleet saw the need for a shuttlebay on the primary hull. As such, a shuttlebay conversion was designed that could be installed below the impulse engines onto any existing ship at most starbases and drydocks.

Shuttlebay can be built open or closed and includes two (2) shuttlecraft. Decals include artwork for TFF and TNG style shuttles.
